Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 19, 2026
We keep this simple because legal pages shouldn't require a law degree to read. ClawDen.dev is operated by Booplex.
What We Collect
Email Address
If you sign up for early access, we collect your email address. That's it. We use it to send you updates about ClawDen — launch announcements, guides, security alerts, and the occasional opinionated newsletter from Clawdia. We don't sell it. We don't share it. We don't "partner" with anyone who wants it.
Analytics
We use basic server-side analytics (access logs) to understand traffic patterns. No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics. No Facebook pixels. No fingerprinting. We don't know who you are, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Cookies
We store one item in your browser's localStorage: your theme preference
(dark or light mode). That's a local storage key, not technically a cookie, but
we're telling you anyway because transparency matters more than technicalities.
No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies. Nothing.
How We Use Your Data
- Send you ClawDen updates you signed up for
- Understand aggregate traffic (how many visitors, not who)
- Improve the site based on what people actually use
We don't build profiles. We don't run ads. We don't sell data. If this ever changes, we'll update this page and tell you.
Email Management
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click, you're out. We use MailWiz (self-hosted) for email delivery — your email data stays on our infrastructure, not on some third-party marketing platform's servers.
Data Storage & Security
Email addresses are stored on our self-hosted MailWiz instance. The site itself is static HTML hosted on a standard web server with TLS encryption. We follow reasonable security practices: encrypted connections, access controls, regular updates. We're a small team, not a bank, but we take this seriously.
Your Rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email privacy@clawden.dev and we'll remove your information within 30 days. If you're in the EU, you have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability). If you're in California, you have CCPA rights. We respect all of them.
Third Parties
We use Google Fonts for typography (Inter and JetBrains Mono). Google may collect basic request data when fonts are loaded. That's the only third-party service on this page. We don't embed social media widgets, tracking scripts, or anything else that phones home.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify subscribers via email. We won't sneak in changes and pretend nothing happened.
